How long do fabrication and installation take?
21 days from order confirmation: cutting and assembly in our workshop, then installation at your site, usually in one day. Available stones: Italian Carrara marble, Egyptian Galala marble.
Does the price include delivery and installation?
Installation is included. Delivery is priced per governorate at checkout (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Alexandria, Beheira, Monufia) and shown before you confirm. Site visits are free in Cairo and Giza.
How do I pay?
Pay a 30% deposit to start fabrication and the rest on installation, or pay the full amount online (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, mobile wallets).
What warranty do you give?
2 years on the stone, pump and lighting, with simple upkeep: rinse the filter and top up the water every week or two.
