We cover all of Egypt

We deliver and install our waterfalls and fountains in all 27 governorates of Egypt, from Alexandria and the North Coast to Aswan. Every piece is transported with care and installed by our own team, not by unknown subcontractors.

How are delivery and installation fees calculated?

Fees depend on the governorate where your site is located, and reflect distance, the size of the piece and the number of technicians needed. The fee is shown clearly at checkout once you select your governorate, before you pay. For very large pieces or sites with special conditions, we confirm the final fee after the survey.

Free site survey in Cairo and Giza

We offer a free site survey within Cairo and Giza. In other governorates we can work from the photos, videos and measurements you send us, or arrange a visit for a fee that is deducted from your order once confirmed.

Timeline

1. Confirmation call within 24 hours: we review the order, design and stone with you.
2. Site survey: we take final measurements and check power and water.
3. Fabrication: we cut and shape the stone in our workshop once the design is approved.
4. Delivery and installation: we agree on a convenient date, then install and commission the piece.

The total lead time is 14 to 35 days, depending on the type and size of the piece and the chosen stone.

Site requirements

• An earthed power outlet near the piece, ideally protected from water
• A nearby water supply, or the ability to fill small pieces manually
• A floor or wall able to carry the weight, especially for large wall waterfalls
• An access route wide enough for the piece, plus lift access or entry permits where needed

What installation includes

• Fixing and levelling the piece
• Connecting the pump and LED lighting
• Filling the basin, starting the waterfall and testing the flow
• Cleaning the work area afterwards
• A short walkthrough of operation and maintenance

Installation does not include new in-wall electrical or plumbing work, or major excavation and concrete work, unless agreed in writing.

What you prepare

• Clear the installation area of furniture
• Make sure power and water are available
• Notify your compound security or building management of the visit
• Be present, or have a representative present, during installation

Rescheduling

You can reschedule installation by telling us at least 48 hours in advance. If our team arrives and the site isn't ready, an extra visit fee may apply.

Remote areas

Some areas, such as the Red Sea, South Sinai, Matrouh and New Valley, may need extra days for delivery and installation. We will tell you the expected timeline when we confirm your order.
