Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 16 Sept 2026

Introduction

These terms govern your use of the VIP Waterfall website and your purchase of our products and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

  • "We", "us" or "the Company": VIP Waterfall, based in New Cairo, Cairo.
  • "Customer": anyone who uses the site or orders a product or service.
  • "Made-to-order piece": any waterfall or fountain fabricated to a customer's specific measurements or specification.
  • "Ready-made item": standard pieces offered in fixed sizes, such as tabletop pieces.

Orders and quotes

An order placed through the site or WhatsApp is a request and becomes binding only once we confirm it in writing. Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue unless stated otherwise, and may change after the site survey if measurements or site conditions differ.

Custom-made nature of our products

Most of our products are fabricated specifically for each customer. Cancellations and refunds for these orders are therefore subject to the specific rules in our Returns Policy, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include 14% VAT. Prices exclude delivery and installation, which are calculated by governorate and shown before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time; this does not affect confirmed orders.

Payment methods and deposits

We offer three ways to pay:

  1. Cash on installation.
  2. A 30% deposit on confirmation, with the balance due on installation.
  3. Online payment via Paymob (cards, Meeza, Vodafone Cash, InstaPay).

We may require a deposit before fabrication for large pieces or imported stone. The remaining balance is due in full once installation is complete and the piece is running.

Site survey and measurements

We carry out a site survey to take final measurements. If the customer supplies measurements without a survey, the customer is responsible for their accuracy. Changes requested after the design is approved may affect the price or lead time.

Site readiness

Before the installation date, the customer must prepare the site, including:

  • A safe, earthed power outlet close to the piece
  • A water supply, or the ability to fill manually, depending on the design
  • Clear access for the piece and our team
  • A wall or floor able to carry the weight of the piece

Natural stone variation

Marble and stone are natural materials, so veining and shade vary from slab to slab and may differ from photos and samples. This variation is part of the material's beauty and is not a manufacturing defect.

Delivery and installation

We deliver and install in all governorates as described in our Shipping and Installation Policy. Lead times range from 14 to 35 days depending on the piece. These are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Customer obligations

The customer agrees to provide accurate information, to be present (or send a representative) at installation, and to follow the operating and maintenance instructions.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, electrical or plumbing work carried out by others, or force majeure. In all cases our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order, without prejudice to consumer rights under the law.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect from the date they are published on the site.
