VIP Waterfall respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it.

• Delivery details: address, governorate and site access information.
• Order details: products ordered, measurements, site photos you send us, and payment records (never card details).
• Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
• Cookies and analytics tools: such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

1. Process your order and prepare quotes.
2. Contact you to confirm the order and schedule the survey and installation.
3. Provide warranty and after-sales service.
4. Improve the site and understand how it is used.
5. Send marketing offers, only if you have agreed to receive them.

Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you, on the basis of your explicit consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), to meet legal obligations such as keeping invoices, or for our legitimate interest in securing and improving the site.

Sharing your data

We never sell your data. We share it only as needed with:

• Our installation team, to carry out the survey and installation.
• Paymob, our payment processor. Card details are entered directly on Paymob's secure page, and we never store your card data.
• Shipping partners, when transporting pieces to other governorates.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep order data for the warranty period and for as long as tax and accounting laws require, then delete or anonymise it. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict data access to authorised staff, and review our safeguards regularly. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your rights

Under Law No. 151 of 2020, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Delete your data, unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and the shopping cart, plus analytics and marketing cookies that are only activated with your consent. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
