Does the price include installation?
Yes. Every waterfall price includes fabrication, pump, concealed reservoir, installation and commissioning. Delivery is charged by governorate and shown before you confirm — it's free within Cairo and Giza.
Do you deliver across Egypt?
We deliver and install in all 27 governorates, including the North Coast, Red Sea and South Sinai.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash or transfer on installation, a 30% deposit with the balance on installation, or online payment by Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
How long does it take?
From 7 days for tabletop pieces to 14–35 days for large waterfalls, depending on size and stone. Each product page shows its lead time.
Can you build a custom size or design?
Absolutely. Send a photo and measurements through the “Custom design” page and we'll reply with a concept and quotation within one business day.
Will the stone look exactly like the photos?
Marble and stone are natural, so veining and shade vary from slab to slab. We send photos of your selected slabs for approval before cutting.
What do I need to prepare on site?
A nearby 220V power point, a water source for filling, and clear access for the slabs. Our engineer reviews all of this with you on the confirmation call or site survey.
What does the warranty cover?
1 to 5 years depending on the piece, covering stone defects, the pump and the lighting system. See the Warranty page for details.
Do the waterfalls use much power or water?
No. Water runs in a closed loop and only needs topping up for evaporation. Pumps are energy-efficient and can run on a timer.
