Marble Waterfall Prices in Egypt (2026 Guide)

How much does a marble waterfall cost in Egypt? A clear 2026 guide to price ranges and what drives them, from stone and size to lighting, installation and location.

Marble Waterfall Prices in Egypt (2026 Guide)

Why do marble waterfall prices vary so much?

Search for the price of a marble waterfall in Egypt and you'll find figures that are far apart, and that's normal. A waterfall isn't a single product in one fixed size; it's usually made to order for a specific space, style and stone. In this guide we explain the main factors that set the price, and give you indicative 2026 ranges so you can plan your budget with confidence.

Indicative price ranges for 2026

The following prices include 14% VAT and are a guide only; the final figure depends on the specification:

  • Small tabletop pieces: from around EGP 6,500, ready-made and ideal for offices and living rooms.
  • Entrance fountains: from around EGP 18,500 for stone and pebble fountains at an apartment or villa entrance.
  • Wall waterfalls: typically EGP 54,000 to 118,000, and more for large sizes or premium imported marble.
  • Pool and garden cascades: up to EGP 145,000 or more, depending on length, height and complexity.

You can compare models and prices directly when you browse wall waterfalls or garden and pool cascades.

1. Stone type

The stone is the biggest single factor. Egyptian stones such as Galala, Sinai stone and Aswan red granite offer excellent quality at a relatively lower cost, because there are no import or customs costs. Imported stones such as Italian Carrara, Spanish Nero Marquina, Spanish Emperador and Turkish travertine cost more, in exchange for distinctive veining and a luxurious presence.

At the top end sits honey onyx, a translucent stone that is lit from behind. It is one of the most expensive options because of its rarity and the care it takes to fabricate.

2. Local or imported?

Imported doesn't always mean better for your space. Galala, for example, performs well outdoors and suits the tones of many Egyptian villas, while white Carrara may look best indoors. The right choice balances looks, use and budget. For more detail, read our guide to choosing marble for a villa waterfall.

3. Size and design

The wider and taller the piece, the more stone and labour it needs. Designs with bevelled edges, multiple tiers or carved patterns also take longer in the workshop. A simple straight wall waterfall costs less than a three-tier cascade of the same width.

4. Lighting

LED lighting adds a magical dimension at night, and its cost depends on the type:

  • Fixed white lighting: the simplest option
  • RGB colour lighting with a remote or app
  • Full backlighting for onyx panels, the most expensive option

5. The pump

The pump determines how strongly and how quietly the water flows. Large waterfalls need more powerful, more efficient pumps, sometimes rated for outdoor use or connected to the pool's filtration loop. A good pump uses less electricity and stays quiet for years.

6. Installation

The price normally includes fixing, connecting the pump and lighting, and commissioning. Costs can rise if the site needs extra preparation, such as reinforcing a wall, running new electrical lines or excavation in a garden.

7. Governorate

Delivery and installation fees vary by governorate. Sites in Cairo and Giza get a free survey, while remote areas such as the Red Sea, South Sinai, Matrouh and New Valley may need extra cost and time. The fee is shown clearly at checkout.

How to get the best value

  1. Measure your available space accurately before asking for a quote.
  2. Choose the stone that suits the use, not just the most expensive one.
  3. Plan the lighting from the start rather than adding it later.
  4. Book a site survey to avoid surprises with measurements.
  5. Use the 30% deposit option to spread payment until installation.
